Why I Built This

I built AImostJoe as both an AI exercise and a professional learning opportunity. I wanted to move beyond using AI as a productivity tool and develop a real understanding of how to design, build, and deploy an AI-powered application end to end.

The problem it solves is genuine: how does a busy recruiter quickly determine whether a candidate is worth a conversation? I identified that problem, designed a solution, and built it — using modern AI APIs, session memory, structured data injection, and a purpose-built interface. This site is the result.

It is also a direct demonstration of how I operate as a leader. I do not wait for permission or a perfect roadmap. I identify what needs to be built, adopt the right tools quickly, and execute. The same forward-thinking approach I bring to operational challenges, I brought to this.
